What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please visit our office marked “Kathmandu to Besishahar”, inside Pioneer Fuel and Lubricants near Lotse Mall. Show your ticket to our staff, who will guide you to the correct bus and assist with boarding. Please arrive 25 minutes before departure.

What to expect
Book your Kathmandu to Besisahar Shared Mini Van ticket in advance to secure your seat. After booking, you will receive your booking confirmation and travel details.
2. Check the Boarding Point
The boarding point is clearly mentioned in the tour description and booking confirmation. Please check the location carefully before your travel date.
3. Arrive 20 Minutes Before Departure
Please come to the designated boarding point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This allows enough time for check-in and luggage handling.
4. Meet the Boarding Staff at the Counter
Upon arrival, please find our boarding staff at the counter. Show your booking confirmation and provide your name or booking details for verification.
5. Drop Your Baggage
After check-in, hand over your baggage to the boarding staff for loading into the vehicle. Please keep your valuables, passport, travel documents, and other important personal belongings with you.
6. Departure
Once boarding and luggage loading are completed, the shared Mini Van/Hiace will depart for Besisahar. Please be at the boarding point on time, as the vehicle operates according to the scheduled departure time.
7. Scenic Journey to Besisahar
Enjoy approximately a 6-7 hour journey from Kathmandu to Besisahar, traveling through the beautiful landscapes of Nepal. The route offers scenic views of rivers, green hills, mountains, and traditional countryside along the way.
8. Meal & Toilet Stop
The vehicle will make a stop along the way for toilet facilities and refreshments/meal. Passengers can use the facilities and have a meal during the stop.
Please note: The cost of meals and personal refreshments is not included in the transport ticket and must be paid by passengers directly.
9. Arrival in Besisahar
Upon arrival, the shared Mini Van will drop you in Besisahar City Centre, near our office. From this convenient location, you can easily continue your journey to your hotel, trekking starting point, or onward destination.
