FOR GUESTS BOOKING PRIVATE LIMOUSINE SERVICE FROM HANOI ONLY: 05:45 AM – Private Limousine Pickup Your private limousine and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi and depart for Halong Bay. The journey takes approximately 2–2.5 hours, allowing you to travel comfortably and arrive in time for your cruise.

NOTE – FOR GUESTS BOOKING FROM HALONG BAY (NO TRANSFER): Please make your own way to Halong International Cruise Port and arrive between 08:00–08:30 AM for check-in and boarding. Please arrive no later than 08:30 AM. 08:30 AM – Check-in at Ambassador Lounge Meet at Ambassador’s Check-in Lounge, B135–B138 Halong Street, Bai Chay, Halong, Quang Ninh, before boarding the cruise.

09:00 AM – Begin the Cruise Transfer to Ambassador Cruise and enjoy a brief safety and itinerary briefing. Relax and admire the breathtaking scenery as the cruise sails past thousands of majestic limestone islets across Halong Bay.

3Sung Sot Cave

12:30 PM – Lunch & Luon Cave Enjoy a premium lunch while cruising through Halong Bay. Visit Luon Cave and choose kayaking or a bamboo boat at your own expense, or relax on board and enjoy the scenery. Enjoy live music on the sundeck (except Mondays) or join a cooking class. 04:00–04:15 PM – Disembark Return to Halong International Cruise Port and end the cruise.

FOR GUESTS BOOKING THE TOUR FROM HALONG BAY (NO TRANSFER): The day cruise ends at Halong International Cruise Port after the boat returns to the mainland. Transfer back to Hanoi is available upon request.
