What to expect

Your experience begins at the Venchi Lab in Florence, where you'll be introduced to the world of Italian chocolate and artisanal gelato.

Guided step by step by Venchi specialists, you'll create your own chocolate bar using a selection of nuts and toppings. You will then prepare a gourmet gelato cone and decorate it with chocolate creams, crunchy toppings and signature Venchi ingredients.

Throughout the workshop, you'll discover the craftsmanship and creativity behind Venchi's most beloved products while tasting a selection of specialties and enjoying your own creations.
