Please provide the following information at the time of booking:

Number of passengers, up to 10 guests
Airline and flight number, or cruise ship name if applicable
Pickup location and drop-off destination with full address when available
Number of bags and any oversized luggage, strollers, or foldable mobility items
Best mobile number for day-of communication, including WhatsApp if preferred

This is a private transfer reserved only for your booked party. No other travelers will be added to your vehicle.

For HNL airport pickup:
Your driver will monitor flight information when provided and will contact you by text or phone with pickup instructions. After collecting luggage, guests will be directed to the designated commercial pickup area for the appropriate terminal. Look for a black high-roof Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van with ʻĀina Holo Tours branding. Your driver may hold a sign with the lead traveler’s name when allowed by pickup location rules.

For Honolulu cruise port pickup:
Please provide your ship name, arrival time, and cruise terminal if known. Your driver will contact you with the confirmed meeting point based on the assigned cruise port pickup area and terminal conditions that day.

For Ko Olina hotel pickup:
Please be ready at the hotel lobby, valet area, or designated pickup point 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will contact you upon arrival and assist with standard luggage.

For private residences, vacation rentals, or restaurants:
Please provide the full address and any helpful access details, such as building name, gate code, lobby location, or preferred meeting point.

Children must be properly secured according to applicable safety requirements. If your group needs infant seats, toddler seats, or booster seats, please request them in advance so we can confirm availability.

If your flight, cruise arrival, pickup location, or schedule changes, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are unable to locate your driver, call or message us right away so we can assist.
