-Pickup location and drop-off destination. Please provide address

Your driver will track your flight or cruise arrival to ensure on-time pickup. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry—your pickup time will automatically adjust.

Please provide preferred method of communication. Phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.

For Airport Pickup (HNL):
Your driver will meet you outside the baggage claim area at the designated commercial pickup zone for your terminal. You will receive a text message or call when your driver is approaching. Look for a black Mercedes Sprinter van. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name.

For Hotel Pickup (Waikiki/Honolulu):
Please be ready at the hotel lobby or designated pickup point 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will contact you upon arrival and assist with luggage.

All children must be seated using seatbelts. If you require infant or toddler car seats, please request them in advance.

This service is private and reserved only for the booked party. There will be no other travelers added to your vehicle, and the schedule will be based solely on your itinerary.

The driver will be able to drop you off exactly where you need to be at either the airport, port, hotel or wherever you need. The driver will confirm that location prior to your trip. The driver will help you with your bags to help you get on your way.

Please contact us if your arrival changes or if you are unable to locate your driver at the pickup area. We are happy to assist.

What to expect

After booking, you will receive instant confirmation through Viator. ʻĀina Holo Tours will then contact you to confirm your passenger count, pickup location, drop-off destination, flight number or cruise ship name if applicable, and luggage details.

This is a private, prearranged one-way transfer. You may book transportation from HNL airport or the Honolulu cruise port to your Kaneohe/ Hawaii Kai-area hotel, or from your hotel back to HNL airport or the cruise port.

Standard luggage is included. Each guest may bring 1 checked bag and 1 personal item. Please let us know in advance if your group has oversized luggage, multiple large bags per person, strollers, golf clubs, surfboards, foldable mobility aids, or other bulky items so we can confirm available space before your transfer. If luggage exceeds the available space and requires an additional vehicle trip, an extra fee may apply.

Before your transfer, we will send pickup instructions based on your confirmed location. For airport arrivals, flight information may be monitored so pickup timing can be adjusted when needed.

On the day of your transfer, your driver will contact you when the vehicle is on the way or has arrived. Please be ready at the confirmed pickup location and look for a black Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van.

Your driver will meet your group outside the confirmed pickup area, assist with standard luggage, confirm your destination, and help everyone board the private vehicle.

Your group will travel together directly to the confirmed drop-off location. Transfer time is approximate and may vary based on traffic, airport or cruise port conditions, luggage loading time, and your exact pickup and drop-off locations.

At drop-off, your driver will unload standard luggage and allow your group to collect belongings before the service is complete.
