Next stop, the Wine producer: before rasing your glass, you will take a step back in time with a guided tour of the private Wine Museum and Local Traditions. Continue into the modern production and enjoy the exclusive tasting.

Last stop, the fascinating world of Traditional Balsmaic Vinegar of Modena, knows as the Black Gold: min. 12 years in precious wooden barrels to be ready! Tasting of different ages with tea-spoon and then, a curated lunch that perfectly let you taste balsamic in pairing with local cuisine.

    Guided Parmesan Cheese factory tour with tasting. Guided tour into a local and typical farmto see all the production of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano: the first step is to see where the milk is cooked and how it becomes a wheel of cheese. During the first tour of the day at 09 am, you have the opportunity to see how the cheese workers create the wheels from the copper boilers. After the salinization room, step into the aging storage with thousand of wheels. Vist at the stable with the cows included. The experience finishes with an amazing tasting with 3 ages of Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh ricotta with balsamic and other snacks... Lambrusco wine included!
