Guided Parmesan Cheese factory tour with tasting. Guided tour into a local and typical farmto see all the production of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano: the first step is to see where the milk is cooked and how it becomes a wheel of cheese. During the first tour of the day at 09 am, you have the opportunity to see how the cheese workers create the wheels from the copper boilers. After the salinization room, step into the aging storage with thousand of wheels. Vist at the stable with the cows included. The experience finishes with an amazing tasting with 3 ages of Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh ricotta with balsamic and other snacks... Lambrusco wine included!

Guided visit to a Balsamic Vinegar producer with tasting and lunch included. Discover the fascinating history behind one of Italy’s most prized culinary treasures: the "Black Gold" of Modena.
