    Guided Parmesan Cheese factory tour with tasting. Guided tour into a local and typical farmto see all the production of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano: the first step is to see where the milk is cooked and how it becomes a wheel of cheese. During the first tour of the day at 09 am, you have the opportunity to see how the cheese workers create the wheels from the copper boilers. After the salinization room, step into the aging storage with thousand of wheels. Vist at the stable with the cows included. The experience finishes with an amazing tasting with 3 ages of Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh ricotta with balsamic and other snacks... Lambrusco wine included!

Discover all the production phases of the Prosciutto: the owner, as your guide, will accompany you around the factory and production buildings, walking through the cellars and the aging rooms.
