In this experience you can immerse yourself in the quiet atmosphere of Tenute Baglio Passofondo, an oasis of peace a few kilometers from Trapani and Palermo. An all-Sicilian experience between scents and traditions.

You have to go to Tenute Baglio Passofondo located in the state road 119 at km 7 Alcamo.

What to expect
We will learn to knead the flours of ancient Sicilian grains to obtain a soft pizza DA baked in the oven of lava stones.
In Sicily, the ancient original recipe is modified and transformed as you move along the west-east DA coast. The raw materials and ingredients adapt to the places expressing the tradition and belonging to the territory: anchovies, tomato sauce, which is sometimes replaced by cherry tomatoes, local cheese that can be tuma, caciocavallo or pecorino, in short we will taste some of the typical flavors of the Sicilian culinary tradition.
