  Enjoy an unforgettable experience at Hierve el Agua, where a local guide will accompany you as you discover its impressive petrified waterfalls and some of the most special corners of the site.   Discover one of Oaxaca’s most iconic beverages during a visit to a mezcal distillery. Learn about the traditional mezcal-making process, from cooking the agave in an underground pit oven and crushing it with a tahona to fermentation and distillation. To finish, enjoy a tasting of different varieties of mezcal and discover their unique flavors and characteristics.
