What to expect
Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Mai at 7:00 AM. We will drive northeast for approximately 1.5 hours to Chiang Rai Hot Springs, where you can relax and stretch your legs. If breakfast at your hotel is too early, you may also enjoy breakfast here.
After that, we continue to Doi Chang, a beautiful mountain area famous for its premium Arabica coffee plantations. Enjoy the scenic mountain roads and visit a local coffee plantation to learn about one of Thailand’s most renowned Arabica coffee-producing regions.
We then head downhill to visit Wat Rong Khun (the White Temple), one of Chiang Rai’s most iconic landmarks.
Lunch will be served at a local Thai restaurant.
In the afternoon, we continue to Chiang Rai city to visit Wat Rong Suea Ten (the Blue Temple), another famous temple known for its stunning blue architecture. Our final stop will be Wat Huay Pla Kang, home to the impressive giant Buddha statue overlooking the city.
After the tour, we return to Chiang Mai in the evening.(6-7 PM)
