What to expect

We pickup you up from your designated location such as Kilimanjaro or Arusha airport to your reserved hotel/lodge/Campsite within Karatu . The journey is approximately 140 kilometers and takes around 2 to 4 hours on a tarmac road with views of the tropical grassland, the great rift valley and Several small towns such as Mto wa Mbu and finally Karatu which offer unique cultural experiences, and are often gateways to popular safari destinations.
