Pickup is available from all hotels, apartments, and accommodations in Cairo and Giza. Please provide your hotel name and address at the time of booking. Our driver will contact you before the pickup time and will be waiting in the hotel lobby holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.
For travelers staying at private apartments or locations without a lobby, the driver will meet you at the main entrance of the building. Pickup time may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions and your exact location. Please be ready in the lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
