What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Guests who have booked a private transfer or private safari will be picked up directly from their hotel within Zanzibar. Please be ready and wait at the hotel reception or main entrance 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
Upon arrival, your driver-guide will coordinate with the hotel reception or ask for your name to ensure a smooth pick-up process.
Please note that pick-up times may occasionally be affected by traffic conditions or operational factors. We kindly appreciate your patience and understanding in the event of minor delays.
Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport, please make your way to Jahazi Café, located just outside the arrivals terminal. Our representative will be waiting there holding a sign with your name or the company name (Crowned Wild Africa) for easy identification.

1Mikumi National Park
Your adventure begins with a 6:30 AM scheduled morning flight from Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park. Upon arrival, meet your professional safari guide and head straight into the park for a full-day game drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle. Mikumi National Park is home to a wide variety of wildlife including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, antelope, hippos, and many bird species. The park’s open plains offer excellent wildlife viewing and beautiful scenery, often compared to the Serengeti. Enjoy lunch at a designated picnic area or lodge before continuing your safari experience in the afternoon. After the game drive, transfer back to the airstrip for your return flight to Zanzibar.
