Pickup is included from all major hotels and accommodations in Punta Cana and Bávaro.
Travelers will receive their exact pickup time and location via WhatsApp or email on the day of the activity. Please be ready in the hotel lobby or designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
For security and organization reasons, drivers may only wait a short time, so punctuality is very important.
If your accommodation is not listed, we will assign a nearby meeting point.
