  In Gudvangen, we board the boat that takes us onto the Nærøyfjord – one of Norway’s most beautiful and dramatic fjords. The Nærøyfjord is a branch of the Sognefjord and stretches for about 17 kilometres, with mountains rising up to 1,800 metres above sea level.   Flam

  Flåm is a small, scenic village located at the heart of the Aurlandsfjord, a branch of the majestic Sognefjord. The village is home to the famous Flåm Railway, which winds its way from the fjord up to the mountain station at Myrdal – a remarkable train journey often described as one of the most beautiful in the world.
