On the day of your tour, your guide will contact you via WhatsApp message or call before your scheduled pickup. If your pickup is from a hotel located within Cusco's Historic Center, please remain inside your hotel lobby and do not wait outside. If your accommodation is outside the pickup area, we will inform you of the nearest meeting point in advance.

We’ll begin the adventure by picking you up from your lodging and heading to the town of San Miguel del Río Mayo, located approximately 30 km from Tarapoto. Upon arrival, our specialized team will provide all safety instructions and hand out the necessary equipment to get us ready before we begin this exciting experience. We’ll embark on a journey full of fun and adrenaline, navigating the rapids of the Río Mayo while enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds us. It’s the perfect trip for those seeking adventure, excitement, and unforgettable moments in touch with nature. In addition, you’ll be able to enjoy additional activities such as free jumping, jumping from the suspension bridge, the Tarzan rope, floating, and other thrilling activities—always accompanied and guided by our team. At the end of the trip, we’ll return to Tarapoto with the satisfaction of having experienced a true Amazonian adventure.
