Meeting and pickup
Free pickup and drop-off are included from hotels, riads, and accessible meeting points in Marrakech. Please be ready at your reception or agreed pickup location 15 minutes before departure. After booking, kindly share your exact address so we can organize the best pickup. For accommodations outside central Marrakech or in remote areas, an additional transfer fee may apply. If your stay is inside the Medina with limited vehicle access, we will arrange the nearest convenient meeting point.
The meeting point is in front of Hotel Islane, opposite Koutoubia Mosque in central Marrakech. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure and look for your Guide holding a LAANAYA TRAVEL sign. If needed, please keep your phone available for quick coordination on the day of the activity.
