We provide boat pickups only from hotel docks. If your hotel or accommodation does not have dock access, you may meet us at our office or, when available, arrange pickup from a nearby dock.

Please note that not all pickups are complimentary. Pickups outside our standard service area are available at an additional cost and must be located on the east side of Ambergris Caye with accessible dock space.

For morning tours, boat pickups generally take place between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, beginning with the location furthest from our dock. Guests should be ready and waiting at the end of the hotel dock during the assigned pickup window.

Pickup details and any applicable additional fees will be confirmed prior to the tour.

For afternoon tours, pickup times range from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.

Airbnb & Private Rental Pickups

Guests staying at an Airbnb, vacation rental, condo, villa, or private residence may be eligible for boat pickup if the property is located on the east/Caribbean side of Ambergris Caye and has an accessible dock suitable for pickup.

Complimentary pickup for local activities is available within our standard service area, from Las Terrazas Resort in the north to Royal Caribbean Resort in the south.

If your rental does not have dock access, you may be asked to meet us at our office or at the nearest approved dock.

Properties located north of Las Terrazas or south of Royal Caribbean may be available for pickup at an additional charge.

Guests should provide the name and location of their accommodation in advance so we can confirm the nearest pickup point and advise of any applicable fee.

We are located off Caribena Street, on a dock by the beach. Golf carts can be parked along Barrier Reef Drive Road in any area that doesn't have a red line (usually 20 feet from the curb).
