Enjoy a seamless and fully coordinated private transportation experience for both the Kentucky Oaks and Derby with one convenient booking. Your party will receive a private vehicle matched to the selected option, professional chauffeur service, up to 12 hours of transportation daily, ordinary fuel, complimentary bottled water, and direct communication with the NB team throughout your service.

Each event day is individually coordinated to ensure a smooth experience, including customized pickup times, venue arrival planning, event traffic navigation, driver standby or return arrangements, and final drop-off at your chosen location.
For added convenience and transparency, the mandatory 20% chauffeur gratuity is included in the displayed package price.

Please note that event admission tickets, parking fees, and event credentials are not included and must be purchased separately. This experience is exclusively for private transportation during Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby events.

Pickup details:

Private pickup is available from hotels, residences, and vacation rentals within the listed Louisville area. Enter the pickup address when booking. NB will coordinate the exact departure time for Oaks and Derby separately and confirm vehicle and arrival instructions before each service day. Pickup outside the listed area requires advance confirmation.

What to expect

After booking, we will contact the lead traveler to confirm the pickup address, passenger count, vehicle requirements, and separate transportation plans for Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby day.

On Friday, April 30, 2027, your chauffeur will arrive at the confirmed Louisville-area pickup point, identify the assigned private vehicle, transport your party to Kentucky Oaks according to the event traffic and access plan, and return you to the confirmed drop-off location after the event.

The process is repeated on Saturday, May 1, 2027, for the Kentucky Derby. Exact pickup and return times are coordinated after booking because traffic, road closures, parking access, and guest ticket locations vary. Event admission, parking, and required access passes are not included unless expressly confirmed.
