You start at Barcelona Zoo inside Parc de la Ciutadella, where palms, birdsong, and broad promenades soften the city around you. After you visit the Zoo, unpause this tour and follow a route through Barcelona. The route passes the Parliament of Catalonia and the dramatic Cascada fountain, then leads out through the red-brick Arc de Triomf. The walk continues into the center at the Palau de la Música Catalana, then into the Gothic Quarter to the Cathedral and Pont del Bisbe. The tour ends at Santa Maria del Mar in the Born district.
