What to expect
It all started with the discovery of a time vortex in the cellar of one of our restaurants...
From this vortex sprang the ancestors of the Barons of the Boutary House, who experienced the major stages of the history of French gastronomy.
They now come to visit us regularly to introduce our most curious clients to the dishes and eating habits of their era.
