What to expect

After booking, please provide your flight number, arrival terminal, number of passengers, luggage quantity, and full drop-off address.

Your driver will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time if the flight is delayed. After collecting your luggage and completing customs procedures, proceed to the arrivals hall. The driver will be waiting there, holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.

The driver will assist with your luggage and escort you to your private air-conditioned vehicle. You will then be transferred directly to your hotel, apartment, or another accessible address within Tokyo’s 23 wards.

The usual journey takes approximately 70–100 minutes, depending on traffic and the exact destination.
