Pick-up point coordination: We communicate with the customer to confirm the pick-up location and time. The point can be the El Salvador International Airport, a hotel, accommodation, address or any other place indicated by the customer within El Salvador, provided it is accessible to the vehicle. Definition of the tour : The client can indicate the destination or places he wishes to visit. We coordinate the route according to your needs and preferences. Service preparation : Before the tour, we confirm with the customer the established time, pick-up point, route and destinations. The microbus is presented clean and in proper condition to perform the service. Start of transfer: The driver arrives at the agreed pick-up point and receives the passengers to start the journey. Personalized service: During the service, the customer can take the previously agreed tour and visit the destinations included in their itinerary. Transportation is private, so the vehicle will be intended exclusively for the group that made the reservation. Maximum driving time: The service includes a maximum of 12 hours of driving/service per day, according to the previously coordinated itinerary.

Completion of service: At the end of the tour, we transfer passengers to the agreed destination, whether it is a hotel, airport, accommodation or another point within El Salvador.
