• Flight monitoring is included for all airport arrivals. Please ensure you provide the correct flight number when booking.
• Your driver will wait at the designated meeting point shown on your voucher. If Meet & Greet is included, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with the lead passenger's name. In some destinations, your driver may contact you via WhatsApp to arrange the most convenient meeting point for a faster and more comfortable pickup experience.
• Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
• Please ensure that the phone number provided during booking is registered with WhatsApp and that you have an active internet connection (mobile data or airport Wi-Fi) upon arrival. This will allow your driver to contact you and assist with a smooth and hassle-free pickup.
• Prices are charged per vehicle, not per passenger. The total number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle capacity selected during booking.
• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• If you are unable to locate your driver, please remain at the pickup location and contact our 24/7 Operations Team immediately. Our team will assist you and coordinate directly with your driver to ensure a smooth pickup.
• Child seats may be available upon request. Please specify your requirements during booking.
• Oversized luggage, sports equipment, wheelchairs, or other special items must be declared in advance to ensure a suitable vehicle is assigned.
• Changes to pickup details within 24 hours of the service may be subject to availability.
Your driver will be waiting outside the arrivals terminal. As airports may have multiple terminals and exits, please coordinate with your driver before leaving the terminal. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email for assistance.
