Participants must check in at the McDonald's mascot area near Ao Ton Sai Pier on Phi Phi Island between 09:40–10:30 AM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early and recheck your email for the confirmed pickup time. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may be considered no-shows.

- National Park fees are payable separately at the entrance and apply to Hat Noppharat Thara–Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park, not any single island or stop. These fees help support park maintenance, conservation, and the protection of the natural environment.
- Maya Bay is closed annually for natural rehabilitation, typically from 1 August to 30 September. During this period, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.
- Some attractions may be busy during the high and peak travel seasons, especially on weekends and public holidays.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
