Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is available across Koh Samui, with pickup times between 09:30–10:00 AM and 01:30–02:00 PM for accommodations located near the main road. If you are staying on a hill, please proceed to a nearby hotel or designated meeting point. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by email. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Late arrival or absence may be considered a no-show.
