Pickup is available from your hotel in Pai city area only. Guests staying outside the standard pickup area may be asked to meet at a designated meeting point.

Travel from Pai to Soppong, where the trekking route enters a lush jungle area with bamboo forest, rocky outcrops, forested hills, and natural mountain scenery before the trail continues deeper toward the Spirit Sink Hole.

- Participants aged 12–60 years old can join the tour. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Trekking distance is approximately 12 km with 5–6 hours of walking (medium difficulty)
- Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
- Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, mobility issues, or bone and joint conditions are not recommended to join the tour.
- Participants should be in good physical condition due to uneven terrain and uphill trekking sections.
- Please advise any dietary restrictions or vegetarian requests at the time of booking.
- Trekking shoes with good grip are recommended due to uneven and slippery terrain.
- During the rainy season, trails may be wet and leeches may be present in forest areas. Long pants and long socks are recommended for extra protection.
- This tour passes through the Tham Lod Cave area but does not include cave exploration.
