Meeting and pickup
Free Pickup is available from hotels in Krabi Town and Ao Nang. Extra transfer charges apply for hotels outside the free pickup area. Pickup time is between 8.30 a.m. and 9.00 a.m.
Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time by email. Please check your email before the travel date. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
