Meeting and pickup
Alternatively, you can be picked up from eligible hotels along the main road in Koh Samui. Pickup time is approximately 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM or 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM, depending on your hotel location and selected departure time. Please be ready at your hotel lobby or confirmed pickup point 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If your hotel is located on a steep hill, narrow road, or area that the shuttle van cannot access safely, you may be asked to meet at a nearby hotel or designated main-road pickup point. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
