For guests staying outside the city center area over 4 km away, please meet us near the meeting point. For guests with hotel transfer, pickup time is between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. from hotels in Downtown Chiang Rai.
The exact pickup time will be confirmed by email. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
Or, you can also get picked up from anywhere in Chiang Rai Downtown. When you arrive, you will see our easily identifiable meeting point with our welcoming staff. Please proceed to check in, kindly provide your name and booking number.
