What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Pong Horse Park in Hang Dong, Chiang Mai. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected riding time for check-in and preparation. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
What to expect
Make your own way to the horse park, where you’ll meet the team and get ready for your session. The experience includes instructor support and accident insurance, so you can enjoy the activity with peace of mind. For guests who want high-quality travel photos, an optional paid farm photographer can also be arranged for groups.
Follow the trail through Chiang Mai’s outdoor landscapes, which may include open fields, orchard areas, riverside paths, forest trails, and mountain views depending on rider skill, time, and conditions on the day. As you ride, enjoy the movement of the horse, the fresh air, and the feeling of being part of the scenery rather than just looking at it.
After the ride, return to the horse park to relax and take a few final photos with your horse. Reserve your ride and add a scenic horse riding moment to your Chiang Mai journey.

- This activity is suitable for riders aged 5 years old and above. Children must be able to follow the instructor’s safety instructions throughout the activity.
- Maximum weight allowed per rider is 90 kg (198 lbs) for the safety and welfare of the horses. Riders over the limit cannot participate and are non-refundable.
- Riders are required to wear a riding helmet during training for safety. Helmet rental is payable on site at 50 THB per person.
- Long pants and closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots) are strictly required. No shorts, skirts, or sandals allowed.
- Guests must strictly follow the instructor’s instructions at all times, with no exceptions.
- For safety reasons, this activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with severe back, neck, or joint problems.
- Not recommended for travelers with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions.
- Guests must not consume alcohol before the activity. Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to ride and no refund will be given.
- Please do not feed the horses without informing the staff, as horses may bite or be given unsafe food.
- The trail route may vary depending on rider skill, selected time, and conditions on the day.
- Optional farm photographer service can be arranged in advance for groups of up to 4 people.
- At the time of booking, please provide the required details for every rider. Each rider must provide their nickname, full name as shown on the passport, age, height (cm), weight (kg), riding experience, and mobile phone number. The maximum permitted rider weight is 90 kg.
- This activity is non-refundable. Cancellations, amendments, late arrivals resulting in a no-show, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
