Meeting and pickup
Pick-up service is available from hotels in Kamala, Kata, Karon, Patong Beach Front, Patong, Tri Trang, Kalim, Phuket Town, Koh Siray, and Kathu. Pick-up time is between 07:00 – 08:45 a.m. depending on your hotel location. Please be ready at least 10–15 minutes before pick-up, as this is a shared transfer and the driver may collect other guests along the route. The operator will advise if any transfer surcharge applies and confirm your exact time by email. Please check it in advance. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may be marked as no-show.
Participants are kindly requested to travel to the meeting point by private car, taxi, or other available public transportation.
