Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available for all hotels within Chiang Mai Old Town. Pickup time is between 8.00 a.m. and 8.30 a.m.
The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time by email. Please check your email for your confirmed pickup time. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after your driver has departed.
Or, you can also get picked up from anywhere in Chiang Mai Old Town. When you arrive, you will see our easily identifiable meeting point with our welcoming staff. Please proceed to check in, kindly provide your name and booking number.

Return to your hotel after a day combining outdoor adventure with authentic Thai culture. With hotel transfers and both activities carefully coordinated, you can simply enjoy two unforgettable Chiang Mai experiences without arranging separate bookings or transportation.
