We begin with a welcome cocktail at the Cachashade Bar, then, we walk through the production spaces where you'll learn the nuances between tequila & raicilla, how agave species, process, and natural environment shape flavor, & why we built an on-site raicilla distillery to tell a deeper story about agave beyond tequila. You'll try our estate-made raicilla, produced right here on the farm, followed by Cachasol Blanco & Epic Strength, our award-winning, additive-free tequilas made with 100% Nayarit-grown agave and IPA-inspired fermentation. We taste cooked agave, explore proof, fermentation, and production choices, and pair the spirits with fresh bites from the kitchen to make the flavors come alive. We finish with a full farm-to-table meal from our open-fire kitchen.
