What's Included
Meeting and pickup
After collecting your luggage and exiting the arrivals hall, please proceed to Arrival Gate/Exit 5, where our driver will meet you holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.
Please provide your correct flight number and arrival details when booking. We monitor flight schedules and will coordinate your pickup according to your actual arrival time. Our driver will assist you with your luggage and take you directly to your hotel in Madinah.
If the airport requires a change to the meeting point, our driver will contact you and provide clear instructions.
Travelers will be dropped off directly at their hotel near the Prophet’s Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi) in Madinah.
What to expect
2. Flight Monitoring: We monitor the provided flight information and coordinate the pickup according to the actual flight arrival time, including reasonable adjustments for flight delays.
3. Airport Arrival: After landing at Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah, travelers collect their luggage and proceed through the arrivals area.
4. Meeting the Driver: Travelers proceed to Arrival Gate/Exit 5, where our driver will meet them holding a sign with the lead traveler's name. If airport procedures require a different meeting point, the driver will contact the travelers and provide clear instructions.
5. Luggage Assistance: The driver will assist travelers with their luggage and escort them to the private vehicle.
6. Private Transfer: Travelers will be driven comfortably and directly from Madinah Airport to their hotel in Madinah.
7. Hotel Drop-off: The driver will drop travelers off directly at their hotel and assist with luggage if needed, completing the airport transfer service.
