Handmade Pasta Cooking Class in the Historic Center of Florence €79 per person

Discover authentic Italian cooking in Florence in a hands-on class in the historic center. Guided by professional chefs, you will learn how to make fresh handmade pasta from scratch using traditional techniques.

You will prepare two types of pasta: reginette and ricotta & spinach cappelletti, learning every step from dough to shaping and cooking. You will also make traditional sauces such as Tuscan ragù and butter with sage.
