Begin at Kanazawa Station’s iconic Tsuzumi Gate and visit Asano Taiko, a world-renowned drum maker with over 400 years of history. Explore a workshop normally closed to the public, watch skilled artisans at work, enjoy a professional taiko performance, and experience hands-on drumming yourself.

Then visit a local sake brewery to learn about regional sake culture shaped by pure mountain water and rich rice-growing lands. The tour concludes with a refined 10-course French-style kaiseki dinner at a beautifully renovated former sake brewery restaurant.
