Meeting and pickup
Hotel Confirmation: After booking, we’ll reach out to confirm your exact hotel name and address (or other preferred pickup location) in Sapa.
Participant Info: Please let us know the total number of passengers in your group (pax) so we can assign the right vehicle and guide.
Pickup Time: Your pickup will begin 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time. We’ll confirm the precise pickup time once we have your registration details.
Driver & Guide Details: On the day of your flight, you’ll receive the name and contact number of your driver and paragliding guide via SMS or WhatsApp.
Be Ready: Kindly be in the hotel lobby (or agreed meeting spot) 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time to avoid any delays.
Weather Contingency: If weather conditions change, we may adjust your pickup or flight time. In that case, we’ll notify you at least 2 hours beforehand.
