What to expect
Closer to the pickup time, the local provider may contact the customer via WhatsApp, phone, or email to reconfirm details and ensure the exact pickup location is clear—especially for riads or hard-to-find addresses.
A professional, English- or French-speaking driver arrives at the specified location on time. The vehicle is clean, air-conditioned, and appropriate for the number of passengers.
Airport pickups: The driver waits with a name sign at the arrivals hall.
Hotel/riad pickups: The driver meets the client at the front entrance or nearby accessible point.
Other locations: The driver coordinates via phone or WhatsApp if needed.
The driver helps load the customer’s luggage and confirms the drop-off location before departing.
The driver drops the client directly at the requested address or as close as vehicle access allows especially important in the Medina. Assistance with luggage is provided again.
The service ends with a friendly goodbye.
