On Hai Ba Trung Street, in Tra Que Vegetable Village, you will see a bus parking area. From there, walk straight down the small alley for about 30 meters. Our tour office is on the right-hand side. You can easily recognize us by our large collection of ceramics displayed inside the office.

    Tra Que Vegetable Village

    You’ll meet our local tour guide (English-speaking) at the meeting point, and from here, we’ll begin our countryside bicycle tour. Our first stop is Tra Que Vegetable Village, where you’ll learn about traditional farming techniques and even have the chance to try farming yourself! This hands-on experience gives you a deeper appreciation of how local farmers grow and harvest fresh herbs and vegetables used in many of Hoi An’s famous dishes. Next, we’ll visit one of the oldest pagodas in Hoi An, where you’ll discover more about the spiritual life and religious traditions of the local community. Then, you’ll get an insider’s look at the traditional practice of growing bean sprouts. Watch how local families cultivate these small but essential ingredients using time-honored techniques. Along the way, you’ll also have a great opportunity to meet one of our special local friends — a friendly water buffalo! Our tour guide will help you take some beautiful photos with this gentle companion.

    Bay Mau Coconut Forest

    The final activity of this countryside biking tour is a fun and exciting basket boat experience at Cam Thanh Coconut Village. These traditional round bamboo boats, known as “thúng chai” in Vietnamese, are unique to Vietnam and offer a fun and thrilling way to explore the peaceful waterways surrounded by coconut palms.
