Come with us for an evening under the Lofoten sky as we head out in search of the Northern Lights.
There is no fixed route. Weather and cloud cover change quickly in Lofoten, so your local guide chooses where to go based on the conditions that evening - perhaps an open beach, a quiet fjord or somewhere away from the village lights.
We keep our groups small, with a maximum of 8 guests. Along the way, your guide will share stories about the Northern Lights and life in Lofoten, while we enjoy a warm drink and see what the evening brings.
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed, but we use our local knowledge to find the best possible conditions that night.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from your accommodation in and around Kabelvåg and Svolvær. If you are staying outside our pickup area, the meeting point is our Hooked on Lofoten office at Sjøgata 3 in Kabelvåg. Please provide your accommodation details when booking.
Your guide for the evening will be waiting for you with the van outside our office, in front of the main entrance. Look for the Hooked on Lofoten flag. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts.

The exact route varies each evening depending on weather and cloud cover. Your guide will choose the best locations on Austvågøya for the conditions that night, with stops along the way to search for and enjoy the Northern Lights.
