BagBee does not just move your luggage - we check it in for you. A BagBee employee verifies your passport, scans your boarding card and tags your bags through to their final destination, so you skip airport check-in entirely and walk straight to security. Live photo tracking and an email confirmation mean you always know where your luggage is. Door-to-door across the Reykjavik capital area, both cruise terminals and Keflavik International Airport, with day storage and odd-size items such as skis, golf bags and bike boxes also available. Airline check-in is currently available for Icelandair and Neos, and a valid boarding card is required.

Meeting and pickup
Please make sure you are present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
Your luggage must be packed and ready when our driver arrives.
We do not collect bags without the traveler's presence.
What to expect
1. Book, then tell us your pickup address and your departure flight details. We confirm your exact meeting point and time in advance, and you get a phone number for your driver.
2. We come to you - the cruise pier, your hotel, apartment or guesthouse, anywhere in the Reykjavik capital area. Please be there in person with your passport and boarding card, bags packed and ready.
3. Our team checks your passport, scans your boarding card to read your airline's baggage allowance, tags your luggage through to its final destination and hands you the claim tags on the spot.
4. Your bags travel to Keflavik International Airport and are checked in for your flight while you carry on exploring. Follow the whole journey on your own live tracking page, with photos of your luggage as it is handled.
5. You receive an email confirmation the moment your bags are safely in the airline's hands. At the airport you walk straight past the check-in queue to security, and you next see your luggage on the belt at your final destination.
Skis, golf bags, bike boxes and strollers are welcome. Day storage at the BSI bus terminal is available if you are not flying until the next day.
