    CBWD Guide meets you at Cat Ba National Park Gate then walk inside the our office in National Park headquarters, with a briefing on the trail ahead and the park's biodiversity — including the rare, endemic Cat Ba langur, found nowhere else on Earth and welcome drink.

    Trek begins through the Kim Giao forest, home to rare and centuries-old Kim Giao trees. The trail climbs steadily to Ngu Lam Peak (approx. 225m), where a 360° panorama opens up — limestone mountains on one side, the karst-studded waters of Lan Ha Bay on the other

    From the peak, the trail continues along quieter paths into the park's interior. Your guide points out medicinal plants, bird calls, and signs of the langur troop that calls this forest home.
