Your exact pickup time will be confirmed one day before your activity. Please wait at your hotel’s main security gate (outside the hotel) at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Pickup times may vary depending on your hotel’s location and the transfer route. Guests staying in the Side Ancient City area must wait at the Zabıta Gate (Main Security Gate), as vehicles are not permitted to enter the Ancient City. Drivers may be delayed by up to 5–7 minutes due to traffic. If your transfer has not arrived after this time, please contact us immediately for assistance.
