Join an interactive evening tour of the night sky on the Isle of Lewis. Escape the city lights and embark on a journey of wonder, amazement, and learning.
Solve the mystery that has confounded humankind for hundreds of years: why is it dark at night? Through an interactive tour of the Isle of Lewis night sky, hear about and experience the wonders of the night sky, learning about the nature of space and the universe above you. If the clouds behave themselves, you may even get a glimpse of the aurorae.
Get the chance to use interactive tech to search the sky, take part in hands-on experiments, and use some real astronomer equipment to search above you. There is also plenty of time for questions, and you can enjoy hot and cold beverages and a chance to reconnect with nature.

This remote location in the centre of the Isle of Lewis offers a vast, 360 degree, sky to provide perfect star and planet spotting.

This stop, whilst the Centre is closed, offers the chance to see what the Druids would have seen, when the stones were built, potentially as a sky guide.
