Locations are chosen according to the best sea conditions of the day, allowing you to experience clear waters, natural rock formations and thriving marine life away from crowded areas whenever possible.
What truly sets this experience apart is the trained eye for spotting creatures most people swim straight past. From perfectly camouflaged octopus blending into rocks, to moray eels hidden in crevices, nudibranchs, crabs, sea stars, and schools of fish, you’ll discover the fascinating details of Malta’s underwater world while learning about the animals and their behavior along the way. Marine life sightings are not guaranteed, as we are observing wild animals in their natural environment.

Meeting and pickup
Snorkel Tours Malta: Meet at Popeye Village breakwater, guide awaits you. Call on arrival if needed. If weather is bad, another spot will be given.
What to expect
Please note that marine life sightings cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on natural conditions and the animals’ behaviour.
Whether it’s your first time snorkelling or you already love the ocean, guidance will be provided to help you feel comfortable and confident in the water.
Photos included
We’ll meet at Popeye Village if the weather permits. Just bring your swimsuit, optional UV rash vest and towel. After a short introduction and paperwork, we’ll begin the snorkelling experience directly from the shore before returning back.

Participants must know how to swim comfortably. If you do not know how to swim, the tour cannot continue for safety reasons.
Guests are personally responsible for the equipment provided during the experience.

- You have to know how to swim confidently
- Not allowed if you suffer from : A heart, circulatory, blood, blood pressure, or bleeding abnormality that affects your ability to swim
- Not allowed if you suffer from : A breathing or lung disorder (such as asthma or shortness of breath)
- Not allowed if you suffer from : Musculoskeletal, stamina, strength, or mobility disorders that affects your ability to swim
- Not allowed if you suffer from : People that have lost consciousness, seizures, strokes, or suffer from persistent neurologic injury or disease)
- No refund is available if some of the health restrictions are ignored and discovered by staff at the premises on the day of the activity. If you don't know how to swim you cannot join the tour and will not be refunded.
- You will be responsible for all the gear provided to you. If you break or loose the equipment, you are responsible to pay for it fully.
