This option applies to guests booking “Meet at Port: Standard Cruise” or “Meet at Port: Luxury Cruise” only.

Meeting Point: Tuan Chau International Marina (Ha Long)
Arrival Time: 11:30–11:45 AM
Kindly make your own way to Tuan Chau International Marina and be ready by 11:30AM . Please arrive on time, as the Cruise cannot delay departure for late arrivals.

Important Note:
• This option does NOT include hotel pick-up from Hanoi.
• If you selected this option by mistake and require bus transfer from Hanoi, please contact us as early as possible to check availability.
• After booking, please provide all guest names, passport details, and any dietary requirements in advance. This information helps ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process at Tuan Chau Marina.

Pick-up & Drop-off: Your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter
Pickup Time: 7:30 – 8:35 AM

Due to traffic restrictions and limited bus access on some narrow streets in Hanoi Old Quarter between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM (from 1 March 2025), you may be asked to walk to a nearby meeting point depending on your location. Walking time is normally about 1–5 minutes.

If your hotel is located outside Hanoi Old Quarter, please choose one of the following meeting points:
• Hanoi Opera House – 7:30 AM (first pickup)
• 37 Hàng Thùng Street – 8:05–8:20 AM (last pickup – please be ready by 8:05 AM)

✅ Please kindly provide a WhatsApp contact number to ensure smooth communication regarding your pickup arrangements.

✅ From Friday to Sunday evening, drop-off will be at the nearest point to the hotel due to BUS restrictions in pedestrian and night market areas; guests walk to the hotel.

✅ The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances to provide the best possible experience for guests. If the tour is cancelled due to severe weather (e.g. storms), a full refund will be provided.

For travelers staying outside Hanoi Old Quarter, please come to our final pickup point: 37 Hang Thung Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. Please be ready by 8:05 AM and arrive 5 minutes early. Morning traffic can be heavy, and the bus may not be able to wait for late arrivals. Pickup time: 8:05Am - 8:25AM.

    Sung Sot Cave

    Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave) : The largest and most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay, famous for its impressive stalactites and stalagmites. ▶This visit involves 40–60 minutes of walking, including stairs. Guests with mobility issues may relax on the boat. ▶As the cave entrance is narrow and there is only one way in, queues may be required during busy periods. Please follow your guide, stay in line, and avoid pushing or overtaking other visitors.

    Ti Top Island

    Titop Island : Free time to swim at the beach, relax on the island, or hike to the top for a panoramic view of the bay. Boats are not allowed to anchor at Titop Island. After dropping guests off, the boat must temporarily leave the area. The boat will return to pick you up at the scheduled time. Please follow the guide’s instructions and return to the pier on time for pick-up.

    Hang Luon Cave

    Hang Luon (Luon Cave) : You can choose to go kayaking (2 people per kayak), enjoy a bamboo boat ride (10–12 people per boat), or simply relax on board . ▶Children over 10 years old and taller than 130 cm (both conditions required) may kayak only when accompanied by a parent. For safety reasons, kayaking is limited to adults under 100 kg. ▶Speedboat is optional and not included. Extra fee is paid on the spot if you choose it.
