Pickup details:

Pickup is available from hotels located within Sapa Town. Please provide your hotel name, full address in Sapa, and a phone number with WhatsApp when making your booking.

On the evening before your tour, our tour guide will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your exact pickup time and other important details. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is available so we can reach you easily.

If you are not staying in Sapa Town, do not have a hotel in Sapa, or are staying in a village or other area outside our pickup zone, please make your own way to Sapa Stone Church (Notre Dame Cathedral Sapa) and be ready by 8:00 AM. Your tour guide will pick you up there between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM while holding a sign with your name. For your safety, please do not follow anyone unless they can confirm your name and booking details.

The tour begins with a scenic trek from Sapa Town through local villages and the beautiful Muong Hoa Valley, where you'll experience breathtaking rice terraces and authentic local life. After completing the trek, you will return to Sapa Town by bus.

Please wear proper trekking shoes and consider bringing trekking poles, especially if you do not hike regularly. Although the trek is suitable for most travelers, some sections include uneven terrain, uphill and downhill paths, which may be challenging for guests with limited hiking experience.

Some local villagers may accompany you during the trek and offer handmade souvenirs at the end of the tour. If you do not wish to buy anything, please politely let them know from the beginning of the trek.
