Please provide your hotel name, room number (if available), departure airline, flight number, and scheduled departure time during checkout.
Pickup Time: Your pickup time will be scheduled approximately 3 hours prior to your international flight departure time. We will confirm your exact pickup time via message prior to your transfer.
Meeting Point: Please wait at the main hotel lobby or designated transportation area 10-15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time with all your luggage.
What to expect
After completing your booking, please provide your flight details (airline, flight number, and departure time) and hotel name. If you don't have your room number yet, you can share it with us after check-in.
Step 2: Pickup Time Scheduled
Based on your departure flight time, we will calculate your pickup time (typically around 3 to 3.5 hours before international flights) to ensure a stress-free ride and timely arrival at the airport. You will receive a message confirming your exact pickup time prior to your transfer date.
Step 3: Hotel Pickup
On the day of transfer, your driver will arrive at your hotel's main lobby or designated pickup area. Please be ready with your luggage 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Step 4: Comfortable Ride & Drop-off
Relax in a private, air-conditioned vehicle as we drive you directly to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Your driver will drop you off right at the entrance of your specific departure terminal (Terminal A or B).
