Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to the Arrivals Dispatcher Desk and advise the dispatcher that you have transportation booked with 2JAYS VIP. The dispatcher will then contact our driver and have your vehicle brought to the designated pick-up area.
Hotel Departures
For hotel pick-ups, your 2JAYS VIP vehicle will arrive approximately 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

What to expect
The customer schedules a ride via app, website, or phone, specifying pickup location, airport terminal, flight details, and desired time. Confirmation and fare estimate are provided upon booking.

A driver is assigned based on availability and proximity. The customer receives driver details, vehicle information, and estimated arrival time.
3. Pickup
The driver arrives at the designated pickup point on time. Identity is verified, and assistance with luggage is provided if needed.
4. Transport to Airport
The driver follows the optimal route, considering traffic and flight time. Real-time updates may be shared with the customer during the journey.
5. Airport Drop-Off
The customer is dropped off at the correct terminal or airline entrance. The driver assists with unloading luggage as needed.
